So Aidan's First birthday party is on Wednesday the 4th, even though his birthday is actually the 5th. I almost ordered a cake, however my neighbor convinced me I could make this easy Martha Stewart cake. Now, those of you who know me well, try not too fall over sideways from laughing and I'm sorry if you just spit out your coke all over your monitor. Tonight, I spent 2 hours making the sugar cookies that act as the decorations on the cake. What am I doing???? seriously. Aidan is sooooo active. The kid crawls every 6 inches, finds something, turns it over and let's everything fall out. ummmm not quite sure how the hell I am going to get this house clean for Wednesday morning at 1030am. ugggh...... I think I will drink some beer on Wednesday. Wish us nice weather as we have pools, hamburgers, hotdogs for my baby boy's first birthday. And Tyler (my little brother) if you are reading this, Aidan will give you a run for your money for taking apart and repairing things and he is 1 year old. He likes to rip the doors off all of the toys that has hinges and put he actually sits there and tries to put them back on??!*(&*! You'll get to see him next week in action at your house as he tears that apart. Ok peeps, I need to get some sleep. I litterally left my house turned upside down... but hey... I did yard work all last week and it looks stellar!
