and yet another false alarm, I was sitting at my desk after lunch and started to have contractions for about an hour and a half, called down to my obgyn's office and the Nurse Practictioner said to pop in and she'd put me on a monitor. I drove myself down to the doctor's office which is about 45 mins away, it was quite exciting sitting in traffic having contractions. When I got there I got my hand slapped for having my blood sugar sky high and the moment I laid down my contractions stopped! One might think since I've had a baby before this wouldn't be new, however they took Sean day 1 of week 37, so all this labor pain stuff is new to me. Just trying to make it through the work week. Friday is my last day in the office if I can make it.
